Do you have an order minimum?
We do not have a strict minimum order requirement. We frequently work with small teams. For smaller orders, the per-item cost may be higher, but if the same design is used across various garment types, we can often provide cost-effective solutions.Can I order different types of garments in one run?
Yes, you can. As long as the design and print placement remain consistent, we can accommodate a mix of styles and sizes in a single order, such as t-shirts for warmer weather and hoodies for cooler seasons.Do you offer bulk discounts?
Yes, we do. Our pricing structure is designed to offer lower per-piece costs for larger quantities. We will always provide transparent information about your most cost-effective options based on your order quantity, garment type, and budget constraints.How fast can you complete an order?
Our standard turnaround times are 12 business days for screen printing and 8 business days for DTF (Direct-to-Film) printing. Expedited orders may be possible, depending on the availability of blank garments. We recommend contacting us as early as possible to discuss feasible timelines for your specific needs.Can you do a last-minute job for an event or deadline?
We may be able to accommodate last-minute orders. For tight deadlines, we will assess garment availability and shipping times. If we can meet your timeline without compromising quality, we will do so. If not, we will provide an honest assessment of what is achievable.How long will the prints last?
We guarantee our prints for a minimum of 50 washes, which equates to approximately one year of weekly wear. With proper care, including washing inside-out in cold water and air drying or tumble drying on low heat, the prints can last significantly longer. Our products are designed for regular, long-term use.What brands do you print on?
We utilize high-quality blanks from reputable brands such as Bella+Canvas, Tultex, Hanes Perfect-T, and others. The specific brand selection is based on your requirements for comfort, durability, and budget.
